Meet our Staff
Britt McGrath (She/They)
Owner, Founder, Personal Trainer
Britt is the owner of My Health Matters Fitness after being sustaining a knee injury that led to a loss of passion for sport. However, she healed through personal training and continues her passion which is to help other people who have had similar histories as hers, give diet culture and all of it’s toxic friends a huge middle finger.
Tiff Kreps (She/Her)
Studio Manager
She meets with clients for consultations, offers studio tours, and manages client information. Tiff also does a lot of the “behind the scenes” work like scheduling, creating and posting to social media, sending out emails, and all that other administrative stuff that Type A people like her LOVE to do!
Jamie Salacup (She/Her)
Client Coordinator
Jamie is currently transitioning into the role of Client Coordinator here at MHM. A member since the beginning, you may see her at the front desk or in a class. She is strongly rooted in Health at Every Size, Fat Liberation, and the fact that ALL bodies deserve to have spaces where they can explore movement.
