Come join us this Sunday for our 1st Annual MHM Fitness Cookie Swap!!

At the studio from 11am-12:30pm, swap cookies with other community members and share in the holiday spirit!

What to bring: 4 dozen cookies, a spare platter for collecting other cookies, and an allergy card

This event will have allergies so please come only if you feel safe!
