This 60 minute strength training class will introduce you to the use of kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and more! You will learn proper form for using bells and bars, progressing through functional movements then eventually adding an element of power to the lifts, as you feel comfortable. Each month is focused on a new type of lift (ie Squatting) and is led by a personal trainer who will watch your form, give you tips, and provide alternative options if you don’t like it!

To sign up: Purchase or Use your Group Personal Training credit. You do NOT need to sign up for the whole series as it is an ongoing group. Feel free to drop in and try it out! Credits for purchase can be found here!
