Come join other clients in a group training experience! Many people enjoy the Group Personal Training program because it is a nice mix of large group class partnership, but with an individualized personal training feel. We will cycle between two training profiles each week for a well-rounded strength training experience.

Want to work on specific skills or support specific areas of the body with a personal trainer for fitness but prefer to find movement in a small group setting?

Gather up friends, family, coworkers, or whoever you want and we will create a Group Personal Training session just for you! Groups can go up to 7 participants!

  • Bone Builder Strength Small Group w/ Tiff Kreps

    Mondays 11AM

    Your bones support you all day long, let us support you in keeping them strong through each phase of your life. This circuit-style class incorporates weight-bearing and strength training exercises combined with balance and flexibility components to improve bone density and reduce the risk of fractures. This group is perfect for all ages and abilities,- it's never too early to build those bones!

    Thursdays 10AM

    Come join other clients who are 60 years or older in finding movement that is focused on feeling strong and supported in everyday functional movements that emphasize balance, mobility, core/glute/spinal strength, and more.

  • Bells & Bars Small Group w/ Geve Mollins

    Tuesdays 5:30pm

    Try our new strength training small group that will introduce you to the use of kettlebells and barbells! You will learn proper form for using bells and bars, progressing through functional movements then eventually adding an element of power to the lifts, as you feel comfortable.
