Cancellation Policy
All Large Group Classes and Small Group Classes have a 4hr cancellation window. If you cancel outside of the 4hr window, there will not be a credit deduction. However, if you have to cancel within the 4hr window, one credit will be deducted from your account or a $15 cancellation fee.
This is to help instructors know how many people will be in a class for planning as well as being able to pay them an appropriate wage.
There is a 24hr personal training cancellation fee. If you cannot make your session with your trainer, please contact them to reschedule. If this is due to sickness or emergency, you will not have a session forfeited or deducted from your account. The fee is the payment of one session.
If there is 1 person in class signed up, we will cancel the class due to low attendance and let our instructor know at least 2hrs in advance.
In case of Snow, Storm, or other Emergency
If there is inclement weather and we feel it is unsafe to travel for both clients and staff, we will be cancelling classes at least 2 hrs in advance to service start time.
We will send you a text or phone call, email blast through Mailchimp, advertise on social media story, and cancel on our scheduling software so that you have enough advanced notice to stay safe.
If class is still on, and you are not able to safely make it, please email info@mhmfitwell.com so that we do not late cancel/no show charge you.
Please read our Refund Policy!
We would be happy to give you a full refund of any service you purchase within 24hrs.
We cannot refund you outside of the 24hr purchase window.
