1. Introduction

Welcome to My Health Matters Fitness. Our services include personal one-on-one health and fitness training, along with small, large group exercise classes, and provider led workshops. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Services

Our services are available to all bodies of all representations. We ask for medical consent from a medical provider if you are working through a diagnosis or medical situation in which movement may need to be monitored. Please note, that you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any of our programs.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to comply with all our regulations and requirements concerning health, safety, and personal conduct. Any harm or damage caused due to non-compliance will be your sole liability.

4. Payment

All payments for our services must be made in advance, and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

5. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a personal training session, we require 24 hours' notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule a small or large group class, we require 4 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will still be billed either a credit (Personal training/large group or a late fee if you have a membership).

6. Liability

My Health Matters Fitness and its associated staff are not liable for any injuries or health issues that occur during or after using our services. You agree to use our facilities at your own risk.

7. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our site.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
